This notice explains how Fortescue handles personal information for the audience described below. It supplements the Fortescue General Privacy Policy.
For Fortescue shareholders and investor contacts who receive company communications and participate in shareholder meetings or events.

What we collect
- Payment instructions for dividends (where applicable).
- Communication preferences and history; meeting and voting participation (where applicable).
- Identity and contact details; holder identifiers as maintained by the share registry.
Why we use it

- Maintain the share register and communicate with shareholders.
- Organise meetings/events and manage voting processes (where applicable).
- Improve engagement (using de‑identified or aggregated data where possible).
Investigate and address complaints, incidents and disputes.
- Contract — to enter into or perform a contract with you.
- Consent — for example, where you opt in to receive investor updates.
- Meet legal, regulatory and reporting obligations.
If we can’t get certain registry or contact information, we may be unable to administer your holdings or provide investor updates.

- Public market disclosures where relevant.
- The share registry and meeting services providers.
- Direct — from you and your authorised representatives.
Who we share it with
- Market operators (e.g. ASX) and regulators (as required).
- Share registry and mailing service providers.

How long we keep it
We keep shareholder and investor information for as long as required by corporations, securities and taxation laws, and for the time needed to manage communications and events.
